The object of any Surveillance exercise is to observe and report the facts. Our Operatives at Synergy Investigations London have all completed accredited training courses. These same courses are attended by members of high-profile agencies including members of Police Services including the Metropolitan Police, and domestic and overseas Intelligence Agencies.

Many of our Operatives are former members of some of these agencies. The training for Operatives in London needs to be higher than many rural or town locations due to the sheer availability and volume of transport and people. The vagaries of London life present their own unique challenges, we have to cover all eventualities and train to the highest level to ensure the job is done professionally and the Surveillance team is not compromised.
All Surveillance operations are followed up with a written report. The report will contain the information observed while the subject was under Surveillance and will be supported with photographs and or video that we are able to obtain. Synergy Investigations London has experience in producing reports that will be used as evidence in court and integrity of evidence is always our priority.
We specialise in investigating Matrimonial Matters, Fraud, Employee relations and theft, contract infringement and sick leave claims. False insurance claims such as injured at work, or benefit fraud on behalf of local authorities are just a few other examples as are Copyright infringement cases.
As with all our services, legality and ethics are our primary concern at all times, without exception. We have always followed – and will always follow – all laws and acts that relate to any of the investigative services we undertake.
Above and beyond this, we make a point of following the Regulation of investigatory Powers Act (RIPA) despite no legal requirement on us to do so. Doing so is integral to our work, across the board.
Counter Surveillance: is a manpower intensive operation involving several agents. Do you feel that someone is watching you.? Are you a high profile individual subject to unwanted scrutiny of the press or other intrusive attention? It is our job to watch those watching you. Acting as your Counter Surveillance team it is our responsibility to both identify anyone putting you under Surveillance, to gain Intelligence on them and, utilizing our drills, to free you from their attention. This is a complex task, particularly in London and we regularly undertake live exercises incorporating our fleet of Cars, Vans, Motorcycles and even London Taxis.
