Be it debtors, beneficiaries, lost relatives or witnesses our team has years of experience in tracing people and we do not simply rely on outdated information available on the internet. Superb though they are our databases rely heavily upon information provided by other agencies and a time lag of weeks or months may occur. If you have that witness urgently needed in court this is not ideal.
At Synergy we like to go that extra mile and put our feet on the streets in order to verify information sourced online. Based on our experience we can gauge the efficacy of our online searches at between 70-80%. This increases to 90% plus when we put experienced agents on the ground.
